"Ideate. Create. Implement... Rinse & Repeat!"

- Greg Tariff -

Design and leadership are inextricably bound together. The practice of "Design Thinking" is no longer just for designers... It is the job of design to empower the entire organization to think differently. To enable everyone with the ability to empathize customer needs that help create an end result with meaningful impact.

Every problem is an opportunity. By framing the challenge as a "How Might We" question, you set yourself up for an innovative solution. Lastly, good design is as little design as possible. Less is more. In order to have the best chance for success, your approach should be "Going Small”. The foundation of going small is rooted within finding your focus. It is ignoring all the things you could do and doing what you should do. It’s recognizing that not all things matter equally and finding the things that matter most. Extraordinary results are directly determined by how narrow you can make your focus.
